Terms Of Service
PremiumCompatibles will only hold the minimum information required to complete your order. We will send you email notifications to process your order. We may contact you via email to request a product review. You will also receive an overall service review request from Trustpilot.
When you order from PremiumCompatibles you will receive free Reward Points and a monthly Reward Points statement.
If you do not complete a purchase and abandon the checkout page you may receive an email notifying you of your incomplete order. Please also see our Privacy Policy for further details.
All goods to be returned require prior authorization. Returned goods that have not been authorized will not be accepted (see Returns/Unwanted Goods Policy). Authorized returns will be supplied with a Freepost label and it is the customer’s responsibility to use the Freepost label when returning faulty goods to PremiumCompatibles. We will be unable to refund postage costs if the Freepost label is not used (see Returns/Unwanted Goods Policy).
Goods cannot be returned more than six months after the purchase date.
Guaranteed Next Business Day delivery is not available to Non-UK mainland and certain remote postcodes which are treated as Non-UK mainland. Non-UK Mainland is guaranteed two business days.
Orders placed on the weekend for Next Busines day Delivery will be processed on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.
PremiumCompatibles cannot be held responsible for incorrect items ordered, either by telephone or online. The customer must check the goods upon delivery and report immediately any incorrect items. Incorrectly ordered products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
PremiumCompatibles will re-imberse the cost of a printer repair / inspection by an engineer on the basis that PremiumCompatibles have pre-authorised the engineer visit and it transpires, via written proof, that PremiumCompatibles products have caused the fault.
All printing consumables and printers are region specific. PremiumCompatibles cannot be held responsible if printing consumables are purchased for use in printers that are not suitable for the European region.
PremiumCompatibles cannot be held responsible for any unintentional or intentional damage caused to goods through accidental damage, neglect or misuse.
It is not possible to track an order more than 14 days after the date of dispatch. PremiumCompatibles cannot be held responsible for any loss after this period has elapsed.
PremiumCompatibles cannot be held responsible for damage caused to machinery by inept or improper installation of products.
Faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct billing and shipping addresses when ordering. If the wrong information is entered, PremiumCompatibles reserves the right to delay a replacement or refund until the incorrect order is returned to PremiumCompatibles.
PremiumCompatibles reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. This can be due to suppliers increasing product prices between the time of order placement and product dispatch.
For invoice/credit account customers, all goods supplied by PremiumCompatibles remain the property of PremiumCompatibles until they have been paid for in full.
We reserve the right to levy a postage charge on goods returned to us by customers when the products are deemed to be faulty if the goods are to be returned back to the customer and were proven to be not faulty.
We reserve the right to apply a re-stocking fee when unopened goods are returned to us. This could be the case with rare or special order items which we are highly unlikely to be re sold, and as such, PremiumCompatibles must return the product(s) to our supplier who will charge us a re-stock fee. This fee ranges from 15-25% and is to be passed on to the customer. Of course we will always do all we can to avoid charging a re-stock fee.
The customer will be required to pay any carriage costs incurred in returning goods supplied that are as requested and not faulty.
Some products are rare items and cannot be cancelled or refunded after the order has been placed. We will inform customers via telephone or email as soon as possible to allow them to decide if they wish to proceed with their order in these rare instances.
Credit Account customers will receive 30 days credit and must pay outstanding invoices within this period.
Credit Account customers may have their credit limit withdrawn, reduced or increased at any time without prior notice. This is at the discretion of PremiumCompatibles.
Reward Points are awarded on all orders exclusive of VAT.
500 Free Reward Points can only be awarded to one customer per address.
Reward points are not awarded when guest / anonymous orders are placed.
One claim per customer is permitted with respect to our Price Promise.
To make a claim against our Price Promise the customer must have purchased products from us as well as another UK retailer within 7 days of each other and must provide proof of purchase.

Charges for European shipping as they appear on the invoice, although normally accurate, are only an estimate. Should the actual costs differ once calculated from the sum originally charged, the option to either pay the difference or cancel the order will be given to the customer.
Returns Policy / Faulty Goods
Faulty goods may be returned for exchange at any time throughout the life of your product. If a product develops a defect, it may be returned to us via the Freepost service once we have authorized the return.
If you wish to request a full refund, please send your goods with a note detailing the issue, your email address and contact details. If possible please include an example copy of how the cartridge is printing.
PremiumCompatibles cannot be held responsible for products which are lost in the post. We recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage certificate from your Post Office.
Unwanted Goods
PremiumCompatibles offer a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase if you have purchased an incorrect item or a product you no longer require. You must contact us first before returning the goods. Please ensure your goods are unopened and in a re-saleable condition when you return them.

All returns must be authorized by PremiumCompatibles. Returns received without prior authorization will be refused.
